How do you get so much HP

How do you guys get soo much horsepower on your cars. I can only get like 900 on most of mine, and here I hear bout 2000 hp cars that do 400 mph, how the heck do you do that stuff?

People with that kind of horsepower utalize a cheat tool to create hybrid cars, i.e. custom

Never used them. Though i've been wanting to for a few reasons... like throwing an Integra R motor in the CRX so I can turbo it Which i'm not sure is possible But it would be sweet

You have to a gameshark do things like changeing motors.
The gameshark is a real touchy subject here.
