How do you make an avatar??

You open a blank ps, psp or whatever image and put stuff in it.

get a prog for making them, like Ulead gif animator, then go wild

i havnt, iwas worried about the size of the file,i would liketo know if you can use flash though... does anyone know?

Sure, as long as you can convert the .fla or .swf to .gif.

Im trying it right now and the file size is huge, so I dont think so, and I dont know how to change it to any of those files.???
