How do you tame a car like the CTR3?

As with anything tuning related I have a hard time pinpointing the issue and how to counter it. I've really fallen in love with the CTR3 over the last days (and made a really sweet livery for it) but I have such a hard time keeping it stable without sacrificing its speed or corner ability.

My main issue with these types of high powered cars is that they seem to have lots of torque on higher revs, especially if you use a turbo. As soon as there's a slight unevenness in the road and there's some steering input the car just snaps. I've tried to maximize downforce and change settings related to stability/rigidity but I believe something can be done in regards to the differential. That's the one option I don't understand all that well.

Does anyone have experience with these types of cars or the CTR3 specifically and can give me any pointers?

It seems to handle well around the Trial Mountain track just by adding a Fully Custom Suspension, Fully Custom Differential and Full Custom Racing Transmission. All I did change the Diff /5/8/5 and I have not touch anything else on the car, and she corners not to bad. Soon I may put a full tune on the car but it does not seem to understeer or oversteer, so I just give it a better Gearbox and this is a good car using a wheel.

I was going to say something like lock the Differential decel and ballast it but I think CBH is on point with his suggestions
