how do you tune an A class car to run with the S class boys?

how do you get more g's and stronger brakes? i got the mk4 supra and made it 800+hp. but the brakes are too weak and it sucks at turning(understeer coming in, oversteer coming out). can't pull more than about 1.3g's. i put up a lot of aerodynamics and everything. i had to turn the traction control to 7-10 if i didn't want my tires to burn each time i tapped on the gas. or is it that a 30k credit car is impossible to tune to handle 800+ hp?

Theres a very big temptation to overpower cars like the Supra/RX7/Skyline etc but usually it will just cause you more problems than benefits. I have my supra at 600HP and i can tune it for drift or race. I would try to either tune the suspension/brakes and if that doesnt work out try to get a smaller turbo and un-tune it from 800hp.
