How do you tune your suspension?

I just wana know what suspension set ups are the best. I tried low spring rates around 4-5 and damper rates around 3, they work best for me. What about you?

you tune up a car, you adjust/dail in the suspension

those work for you? what are you're lap times? my suspensions are way way harder...springs are 15.5 front and 18.8 back. and my dampers are 6F/9R for the fist damper and 10/10 for the other one. harder suspension for better performance....well for me it is...too much body roll causes understeering...
 
I have my settings to make the car oversteer and responsive. No lean/roll notice except very high speed turns.

I have stiffer suspension setup. 15-18lbs spring rates like LVT Racing. Basically we have about the same setups, just driven differently. muahahha LOL

I tried your susp. tip on setting the springs to 15-18. I gotta admit, it does give the car SUPERB handling. BUT the flaw is when you hit even the smallest bump, the car goes out of control. I tried cutting the S turn in Trial Mountain with my SVT COBRA, but i completely wiped out on the grass. The, when i was driving Grand Valley Speedway, i hit a curb and completely wiped out again. i prefer 10-12 spring rates now because it gives the car very good handling, and still keeps some stability.
 
Generally, I've gone with the setting the car with much lower spring rates as before; I used to slam them to 10F - 10R and work from there, but I've been steadily lowering my rates lately to reduce spin-outs and steering input over-reactions that way. It depends on the car...some cars need everything in their favor to get it to turn, others need less of it!

The tires make a diff too when going through turns... I've never messed with front end settings, just changed tires depending on track conditions
