how many cars can take n/a upgrade AND turbo upgrade?

i know the lancia stratos can take the n/a tuning and a turbo upgrade....i think its t1 &t2............although you cannot run both at the same time, but i thought it was interesting nonetheless and i was wondering if anyone else noticed this about the stratos
or any others that have this ability.

Anything that doesn't come with a turbo can have NA tuning installed, and probably 40% of those can also be turbocharged. The 1993 Civic Si is one other example.
