How often do you Brits see a TVR?

Hey, I am just curious. For anyone living in Britain or around there. Are TVR's really rare? Like would you see one every week month year?

Just a quick question, thats all.

They are pricey and they are hand made( I think they Are, I was also told that. ), They might be rare. When I go to daytona I might see some Ferrari's and Aston Martins here and there.

I dunno if they are on the market here, but the most expensive one was going for NZ $ 115 grand (the Griffith) which is pretty cheap. (around 65k USD). And those Griffiths have a sound to die for

This is a really good question. I suppose if we had some active Japanese members threads like this would pop up daily. Where are you, Brits!?

Having talked to a couple Brits privately, apparently TVRs are fairly common... in fact, they really have it good when it comes to performance cars. Lotus's, Jaguars, Mercedes, BMWs, TVRs, and some Japanese sport cars are apparently relatively commonplace there (oh, how I wish it were like that here! :().

Well London does have the most expensive office space in the world. It just costs more to live there. So, a fancy car is not as large a part of ones income as it would be else-where.

i use to see one everyday, parked on my drive was a lovely black tuscan s but about a month ago i got rear ended by some 16 year old pricks who stole an escort and were running from the police. well according to the insurance company my car was a write off and i'm still waiting for the money to come through from them :(
to answer your question, no there not really rare theres quite a few about by area. most of them are chimeras and cerberas and it gets me upset everytime i see one because am stuck driving a my wifes ford focus :banghead:

I'm in London at least once a year, and I see lots and lots. Mostly Cerbera's. Five or six a day!

In the inner city areas you might see a few.

Mind you on the way home from work I got blown away by a British racing green Griffith. Although I think he was laughing so hard because I tried to keep up with him in my escort. Although I don't see many cerebras anymore, but mainly tuscans and griffiths. I think I saw a tamora on the M25 a while back.

Oh and I got my arse handed to me on a plate by a brand new Mercedes Amg CLK E55.

Well I'm not from Brit, but I saw a totally wicked Griffith Speed Six at the LA Auto Show.

I haven't seen one as of yet downunder, but there's probably one hiding somewhere in Sydney ;).
