Normally I'd check out each update after release, and then occasionally pick a car and drive it for a while until I get bored. So, a few times per month.

I just don't care about this update though, and after the disappointment of both GT7 and FH5 I'm tired of these games.

I'll still come back occasionally, but it probably will be closer to once per month from now on.

I was playing it most days since day 1. Past month or so, what with school holidays, work/business commitments, only managed to get on a few times, not at all for weeks now.

I've been loving it tbh, bought it day 1, fanatec wheel purchased a month after. I have a series x, ps5, switch, pc and ps5 with gamepass, ps+premium and a whole load of other games I want to play (not meant as a flex, just painting for the full picture) but gt7 is the one I play when time allows (or I'm simply not too tired to get wheel out and concentrate after a day running around with my 6 year old, taking care of business commitments).

Perhaps if I had time at my disposal like 10 years + ago I'd have grown tired of it, but I can't see that happening for while with gt7, as despite its flaws I find it so compelling. I sometimes delve into ACC briefly, but so far always return to gt7..

I haven't even completed most the menus that were released after day 1, or CE, missions etc. Did have a few weeks of nothing but sports mode, but seem to lean towards single player more.

Every day for the daily ticket. But lately all I seem to get is worthless parts and cars I already own so I don't know if I'll keep it up.

I can't even choose once a month since all july I haven't touched it. I uninstalled it and only reinstalled it a few days ago for this update. And for what? All I do is collect a couple of cars (not even the most expensive ones) and a 6 star ticket.
Without a career mode offline and a complete matchmaking system to let me use all cars and tracks online (in races with BoP or tuning setups allowed), this title is useless for me.

I repeat: a complete matchmaking system, not boring user created lobbies (with only a couple of players in each one of them, lol), and not even sport mode, since it only has 3 races that change once a week and PD decides when you have to race. If you miss the race you have to wait another 15-20 minutes.

What PD has done to GT is beyond pathetic. The Real Grinding Simulator.

I play every Tuesday and Thursday and stream them to my twitch. Monday is movie night and Wednesday is Red Dead Redemption (the original) that I'm trying to 100%. I did Vice City before that.

After that though Thursdays will be for Red Dead Redemption 2 as I have only played the first mission. So then GT will be demoted to once a week.

Couple times a month, if that. I'll go in spurts of logging in for a couple days then I remember I have better ways to utilize my spare time. Like practicing archery or woodcarving.

Once a month after every update and then I switch to GTSport or AC because at least these games don't try to punish me outside of racing.

It's so different for me.. I "try/would like" to play every day.. sometimes it's not possible.. sometimes only 30 minutes.. but there are also days where I start in the afternoon and end "morning" at 1-2 a.m ... I think roughly an average of 1-4 hours a day is the norm.

Each day I played for 1-2 hours just to grind, hotlap and doing the daily marathon. The only thing keeping me off from completely shelving this is the physics. I still enjoy tuning, driving and discussing tunes.
I guess the only good thing from the new update is the physics for me but overall I'm going to be more critical of the game from now on that a lot of people are going to put me on their Ignore List lol.

This game is conflicting to me, the driving feels so great and relaxing at times but the way PD treat it is putting me off.

I am confused. Why would you race for the daily ticket? To get 10K credits or nitrous for the VW Beetle?

I play every day except when I am away for vacation.
I game for relaxation. For me it is the best way to relax. I play only 1 game at any point in time. I love warships and cars. My previous game was World of Warships, but it's publisher WG is mismanaging that game even worse than PD :yuck:

Yes, it's similar for me, I usually only play 1 game at a time. WoW from Vanilla to WtLK with at least 4 hours a day.. that was really a lot and very crass... today I definitely play less, but it's good for me and I "need" it to "come down".

I'd venture to guess I've not played it maybe 20-25 days since its release. Like xMax I tend to focus 100% on one game at a time. I don't play a lot of video games, in the literal sense; but when I get into something I'll play it quite a bit.

When CoD MW2 remake and God of War come out, it'll put a huge dent in my GT7 time for sure.
