I want to achieve the top speed of my Bugatti Veyron. I was able to get 384kmph on the Circuit de la Sarthe.

I got around that speed as well 240mph, the problem is the spoiler only goes down around 230 mph giving you less time to build up the speed, however you can tune the veyron to go faster, i put racing tires on mine, reduced all the weight, put in a sports ecu, exhausts and intake upgrades and an oil change should give a power figure of 1221bhp, which is the power of the Veyron Supersports! AND on the Mulsanne it will hit 267mph like the real thing! I didnt change the gearbox or clutches or flywheels just an LSD and torque split controller!

First add all the upgrade possible.
Then modify the top speed in the transmission tuning but not too high or it will never make it to that speed.
Also reduce the downforce completely.
Technically hard tires have lower rolling resistance than soft ones but I doubt that PD modeled that in the physics engine.
