How to change language in GT7 ?

Got a hint from GT7's page on Playstation web site. At the bottom of the page, in the specs section I found the languages offered on the version for my region (Canada).
Changing the language on the PS4's Settings/Language menu from French (Canada) to French (France) did the trick.

Very important to note that French (Canada) is not supported in the game yet.
The first time I have seen Yvesf's comment, I did'nt pay attention to the "French (France)" part and I got really frustrated that it did'nt work, it would keep displaying everything in english.
As soon as I changed from French (Canada) to French (France), everything was fine. Thanks Yvesf!

Sorry for the bump, but I'm having trouble trying to change GT7's language and would like help or suggestions.
I'm on a PS5 with a disc version of GT7. I have tried changing my system language from English (UK) to Japanese and German, but the game still boots in English. I can't find any language packs for GT7 to download and install like with other games.
I know for a fact it's possible to change the language of GT7 from Meythia's post on the Mazda3 Gr.4 thread, where they showed a photo of their game in English and Japanese. I've asked them how they did it, but they told me they only changed the PS5 system language, which has not worked for me. They are also on the PS5 disc version.
I tried booting up Yakuza: Like a Dragon (PS5, digital). That also boots in English despite the game thumbnail showing the Japanese version on my PS5's home page. Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition (PS4, disc) boots in Japanese when I change my PS5 language to Japanese. Gran Turismo Sport (PS4, disc) still remains English, however.
I'm out of ideas or leads. Can anyone please help me change the language of GT7? I just want metric units in my game
