How to create a new save without deleting the old one?

I kind of want to play the beginning stages of the game again since i was terrible when i started and never really enjoyed it. However, i have a lot of cash built up and don't want to lose it. What do i do?

There are a couple of methods I can think of but probably the easiest method is to create another PS3 user and you will automatically start from scratch on that one, and your other profile won't be affected.

Either move your backup save to a flash drive or make a new user.
