I'm normally a gt5 player and I'm not the greatest driver but I can hold my own. In this game I'm trying to do the class A invitational at this point and I can't seem to get the McClaren to handle properly. Are all the class a cars that crazy or does it get worse? I haven't really had too much of a problem up to this point but it has been a major adjustment. Any tips?

I've noticed with the higher class cars they become more difficult to handle due to their speed. It took me a bit to adjust and i can put down some decent laptimes now.

It also pays off to learn the tracks and their braking points, especially at higher speeds.

If your still having problems try using a Lamborghini or something that is AWD.It will help you adjust to the speeds much easier.

Standard road cars are not great to drive, once upgraded they are fantastic...sadly when you get a loaner car it's standard.

Modern A Invitational imo is the hardest race in S2U, however McLaren MP4-12C is not an easy car to drive in GT5 as well. At least half of the A Class cars handles very well, but both McLaren cars are in the other half. :ouch:

To win, throttle control is the most important thing, plus gentle steering. Sometimes the car starts to slide, let it do so, sudden counter-steering will mostly result in spinning out of control.

Here's my video, hope it can help:

Don't give up, I tried more than 7 times before final victory. :)
