How to get both copies for PS4 & PS5 in one purchase?

Ok the situation is that I just bought a PS5 for GT7 and my my sister's children have a ps4 and I was hoping that I can share the game with them and also be able to play it day one

If you're able to find it (they're sold out in a lot of places), your best bet would be the 25th Anniversary Edition Steelbook. It comes with a PS5 disc alongside a download code for the PS4 version that you'd be able to give away.

The PS5 digital version includes the PS4 version.
If you configure your account as the main account on your nephew's PS4 and your nephew's own account as secondary, he will be able to play GT7 from his profile, with his own saved games and trophies. The primary account can be password-protected without your nephew having access to it if you wish, so he can't make purchases, but can share games from your account.
And you will be able to play the PS5 version at the same time without any problem.
Playstation game licenses allow for use on 2 units of each system.

I just bought the game yesterday & don't know why the game cost me 80$ for the standard edition when every other Sony first party game is 70$ , both of my accounts it's the same price 80$ or 79€ one is UK and the other is USA??

So if I play the game on PS4 first, can I transfer the progress to the PS5 version ? I wanted to wait for PS5 but they're still super hard to get these days.

I'm not 100% sure but as long as you are playing on the same account, I believe so.
