How to install bonus vehicles?

not quite sure if i'm doing something wrong but i am not able to add the bonus vehicle to GTPSP. I downloaded it of the PSN copied it over to my PSP yet the vehicles does not show up in my garage? what am i doing wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated :)
 
This is a "me too reuest..". I have downloded the McLaren SLR I won playing the on-line minigames.

The item appears under the games->mstick menu but if you select it the system replies with a "not possible to start this game" message. It has an icon representing a car covereded.

I have no idea about how to add it to my garage...Should I wait for the Mercedes dealer to be open in the game to be able to add it?. :-)
 
1. Sign in to your PlayStation Network account via your PSP

2. Once signed in, enter PlayStation Store

3. Select [Redeem Codes], which can be found at the top of the screen

4. Enter your 12 character promotion code and select [Continue]

NOTE: Promotion Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem the Promotion Code
 
The car is added to your garage when you run the game with the UMD Icon !
You will have a message "A new car is added" or something like that.
 
It tells me that if i download this car it will delete my certificate and use a new one........what does this mean???? Help!!

i run the game from the icon of the car, a message appear "error cannot start the game"
 
Tahnks for the replies gyts, i actually got the Veyron to work, and as soon as i activate the UMD (start the game) upon booting up it says that the car was transferred to my garage. I do however still have issued with the Red SLR from the GT website...strange...oh well i guess my Veyron will have to do for now. :)
 
I bought the bundle pack yesterday with the ZR-1 as a bonus car, when I entered the code I got a Bugatti Veyron lol

Result!

The SLR McLaren from the mini game is EU only, so unless you are running GT on a PSP synched to a European PSN account it won't work.

The only legitimate way to get it in the US is by purchasing the October issue of Qore.
 
Question: My main PSN(for the store) is USA, I'm in Europe. Can the four PLAY.COM(UK) cars be used on the USA PSN? Or will I have to revive my old EU account?

'Tis no big deal unless I have to change accounts everytime I want to play GT!

I do not know. I only know the SLR issue because I did it.
 
I do know the SLR wont work on the US version it's was the same with the other cars except for the ZR1 not sure about the veyron though.

what's intresting is that Driving skills site has the letters .au in it now if i am very much mistaken i heard something saying that AU is australia? or am i wrong on this.

All cars work in the US if you get them through the US promotions. Well, that is unless you have one of those broken codes.
 
I purchased GT off of PSN early yesterday and still haven't received an e-mail about my free car. Anyone having similar issues?

EDIT: Just saw the GTPlanet news page. Sorry about that.

I got mine through QORE but it won't work on my Australian PSP :( And it doesn't give a code it just straight downloads from QORE so I can't give anyone a code unfortunately even though it's uselss for me!

If anyone has a european code for McLaren would greatly appreciate it though!

I got that warning when i wanted to download a demo from the US store, anyone knows if it matters much?
