how to open up command

right i want to know something in my college they have RUN disabled so i cant open command prompt, does anyone know another way of opening it successfully?

are you trying to install software on an XP system where you dont have administrator access?....its a common policy at schools and colleges...

-->Go to your local drive: ( most likely C: )
--> open WINNT
--> open System32
--> find CMD.exe
--> mess around with the college's computer

or. . . Start / Programs / Accesories / command prompt

Then you can browse through and get the registry and re-write it to give you admin rights then all hell will break loose

CTRL-ALT-Del -> Task Manager -> New Task -> CMD.
