Well you can get a third party software that can do it for you such as NeoTrace. . . I use to use that a lot when I worked for a DSL company 
Plus it also gives you the Address information of the pyshical location if that information is availiable. . . A lot of people don't realize that and it was quite funny when people heard me tell them their own address. . . kinda scary huh?

Neotrace rocks but i forgot the address i think it's eather neotrace.com or .org.
