How to play gt4 online???

I recently went back to the basics and pulled out my ps2 and started playing gt4 again i was reading that you can play gt4 online through a website called x-link kai but it seems nobody is ever on there i sit there for hour waiting and nothing is there another website that players are using to play online or is xlink kai my only hope??? And how do you get signed up for the weekly tourneys???

Kai is about the only hope for GT4, except for LAN parties.

And if by weekly tourney, you mean the GTP Weekly Race Series, there are instructions on how to do so on the appropriate forum.
