How to properly start GT7?

Just to clarify, when you say Circuit experiences, you mean from the menu book? And also…how do I access Tsukuba online time trial?
Circuit Experiences are available in the World Circuits area. There's at least one for every track location you unlock (except for Special Stage Route X), with tracks that have multiple layouts often offering more. They comprise a number of short tests on different sections of the track and then a whole-lap test. Getting gold on all of these tests will earn you a lot of credits - generally more for longer tracks.

Online Time Trials are part of Sport Mode and this unlocks at the end of Menu Book 9. You don't need PS Plus to take part in the time trials as they don't involve direct competition on-track with other players. Gold in any time trial is worth 2m credits, silver is worth 1m - but beware that the time required to score gold/silver/bronze can drop because it's measured as a comparison to the best time in the world.

Thanks for all the help. Looks like a lot of work ahead. Making circuit experience all gold is not easy. But fun.

I try to research online for obvious answers before I ask here. I am unable to find an answer to where gt7 exports images to? As you can see here, I can export images, but cannot locate them.

I have logged in to my profile on gran-turismo.com and they are not there either.

Would you know how I can access them?

They go to the Media Gallery on your console.

I waited two years for that Lambo invite... not wanting to put pressure on you... but do as much you can to buy the car (if you want to collect all the pokemons) 😊
I bought the game on launch day and still don't have the Carrera GT '04.

It was not expensive…300 or 350K
But you need an invite...

And it makes think about some detail... to validate extra café menus, you need to have the cars in your garage, not only have them in your collection...

I do not know if I am lucky or what. Maybe people that are late to the game have more incentives? Just wondering…
The bonus to come late to the party is that there is much more content, the economy is a bit better, and you have more opportunities to get credits that were not present at start and for some time (TTs, Weekly Events).

And you can benefit from people playing the game before by asking for infos on this forum.

Other than that...

hard to say how the GT7 algorithm works. I did not do anything to get the invite to get Lambo and I cannot even remember any i vote for Porsche
You have no say in the matter, it is all random, you have a spot in a enormous list of prizes you will receive, and after each prize received, the list goes to next spot.

It does not depend on what you do ingame (or what you don't do).

You can look those stats here : https://ddm999.github.io/gt7info/ticket-rewards.html

You can also win the Carrera GT from completing Menu Book 39 - although it's one of three random prizes.

Too bad i got the Aventador, the only one that doesn't require an invitation.
And after that i was able to buy the Huayra '13.

Doing circuit experience all gold…please do not tell me it was a peanut for you when you started?
I am at 20% of golding all CE 3 years later, so no.

Same with the TTs, I rarely get gold and sometimes it is a lot of work for me.

Those "easy" credits are not easy for everyone.

Sure it isn't a walk in the park, but it will improve your pace and the payoff is way funnier than grinding.
I'm a 100% offline player and have done only 35% of Circuit Experience.

It depends on the track, but the bonuses for getting all-bronze and all-gold start at 40,000cr and 200,000cr respectively at BB Raceway (Northern Isle doesn't have a bonus, because it's only got the full lap) and go up to 1,000,000cr/5,000,000cr for the Nordschleife. Most are close to a million for all-gold, and there's over 40m credits for clearing the lot.

When the game launched there was no reward for it...

Why did you decide to go GT vs Forza, iRacing or AC? Just curious…
I felt in love with GT1.

iRacing is much more demanding in terms of settings, hardware and other shenanigans, much less casual in its way of doing things.
AC is a bit the same, I have ACC on my PC, but it is limited to pure racing, gfx are bland.
Only played FH and it is too arcady to my taste.

GT is pure driving pleasure, with a lot of different types of car that are very enjoyable to drive.

Thanks for clarifying! I really enjoy GT7. It is not easy, but it is awesome.

Ended up on PS back when, and didn’t get an xbox (no room) or want to buid a gaming PC - too much hassle while working full time so been w GT for a while now.

When you find the cash PSVR2 is amazing w GT7. Add a wheel and pedals…and a rig - the imersion is amazing - and you can’t get that in Forza or as cheaply or easily on a PC - just works so well w so little effort on the PS

In my case, room is a problem, not so much the cash:-((

Made another alt account and completed did My First GT. Jumped into GT7, stopped at Menu Book No.17 to finish Licence tests. Completed S licence to get me to Collector Level 18. Essentially, I have the cars I need to progress in terms of Gr.4/Gr.3 and Red Bull events. Now doing the Master Licence.

I’ve accumulated Cr.912,000. Spent 13,000 for the Honda Fit and 3,000 on Tuning(SS tyres for the Mini and a required Car wash).
No need to spend credits unless it’s for a required car for an event a player really wants to do or the Extra Menu collection stuff.
It’s amazing how many things I can do to acquire credits as a “new” player. They’ve got it good. ;)

After playing nearly three years, I wouldn’t even buy expensive LCD cars until I reach close to Cr.100,000,000. As mentioned above, unless any one player really wants to complete the car list, grab the invite cars as soon as an invite becomes available. Other than that, even if an LCD or UCD car become “hostage” it will show up.

Good thing I have my other accounts to play certain ways I like to play.

It varies. Some are quite doable, some are very hard. You can always take bronze and often gold with reasonable effort. It pays good money for reasonable effort and you really get better at a circuit.
