How to upload photos

This is a really noobish question but I am lazy and I dont wanna have to figure it out mehself so keep the flaming back, plz.

So lets say you take a pic in the photo mode of GT5....how do you get that pic uploaded onto your computer or to Flickr or something like that?

Go to GT5 photo viewer slideshow mabob (left panel), triangle send to XMB.

Exit game to XMB go to photos, triangle copy.

Move to a Pen Drive removable HDD (obv. insert this before copying)

Save to computer

???

Profit!

After that you can upload the pics using http://www.imageshack.us/ Quite popular for pic uploading.
