I freerun too I've currently stopped with it, but when it gets warm again in the spring I will be back 👍

btw, it's not smart too begin with big jumps, learn the basics first.

I love jumping off of stuff, but thats as far as my free running goes at the moment as i dont know hardly anything about it!

Though we should be getting a free run park in brighton.

Free running is an activity where people jump huge gaps, run on walls and quite simply run where ever the hell they like no matter what obsticle is in their way.

Highly fun, highly dangerous.

Free running has grown amazingly fast over the past year, its just the adrenaline rush you get I guess.

Also the saying "Don't knock it till youv'e tried it" comes to mind.

I saw a documentary on free running a while back. It looks like a lot of fun. I think you have to be quite strong and also flexible for that. A lot like gymnastics but cool!
Not that gymnastics is uncool but you would run around telling everyone you do gymnastics!

Dood... using auto racing as an analogy is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. They have all this safety equipment. In free running all you have is your skull do me a favor and make sure you jump off a tall building.

What I was trying to get across was that yes you can consider it stupid but you can also consider everything else stupid.
