I´ve tried for long time but i can´t pass the Indy track..

I´ve tried with many different cars and my best place was around 4 ou 5th

Anyone has some tips or could give me any advice on the best car to use?

The problem are on the corners.. my pilot brakes a lot

Thanks

I used the Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II to win this event on B-Spec.
The B-Bob can almost win this in NASCAR too, but it requires luck to get pass the Chappy 2J on Laguna Seca. The ZR-1 RM does the trick too.
But don't do like I did and try Buick Special '62, B-Bob drives like a drunken goose with it.

This car worked for me too 👍

I bought the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) '09 from the dealership, put on race mods and bought all the remaining tuning upgrades to win "Like the Wind" in A spec. This was my first real race car.

This same setup won the American Challenge in B spec effortlessly. But if you happen to have another American race car like any of the Chapparals or a Ford GT LM, they should work well too. Don't try a muscle car. They just don't corner well enough.

I have a ZR-1 RM and won the race in A-Spec without breaking a sweat. My lvl 23 Bob on the other hand..... he makes me want to throw the PS3 through the TV. Every corner he brakes hard and well before the other cars. He managed to drop into last place after the first lap and never even tried to get back into the pack, yet alone to win the race.

He was Green arrow going into the race and I've tried keeping him both in the center of his attitude as well as in the red, neither works.....

Any tips?

I managed to win both races in a Panoz, it took a few goes on each race to get the win though.

When Bob finally managed to get the win at Indy he was 3rd going into the last corner & pulled off an amazing overtake to win by 0.044 seconds. I was proud of him but annoyed that he didn't decide to put the hammer down sooner :irked:

For his Chapparal related piece of luck at Laguna Seca, I don't know how it happened but the 2J started behind Bob and just after the start line tried to dive up the inside, got some huge air off a traffic cone and flew past the Panoz barrel rolling in the air. It managed to take out an innocent Corvette minding it's own business at the hairpin in the process

I've saved the replay & checked it a few times & I still can't see how it happened, but who cares, Bob won, yay.
