I didn’t get my top up credits

Hello guys I just bought 250k top up credits by PlayStation store but the thing is when I opened the game I got nothing.

I checked everything like I got a receipt and I also checked my email in both the game and the PlayStation and everything is right but I still did not get the credits so anyone of you guys got any solutions?
