I entered GT Academy but no conformation?

As the days get closer to the beginning of GT Academy 2011 I still haven’t received any conformation from PSN. When I try to re-enter after I have logged in, the site comes back that I am already entered. I have read that others have received a conformation e-mail, what’s w/ that? I don’t know what to do. Should I make another PSN ID w/ a different e-mail address and re-enter?

If their site says you are registered, I wouldn't sweat it. Your confirmation probably got kicked back to them or hit your spam box.

Probably it did go to your Spam!
If it says you are already registered, you should not sweat it. mine went to it...but my settings do not delete it right away.

I checked the granturismo.com website but cant find a list of registered people. Does anyone have a link?

I just checked, and mine went to spam.

I was a bit worried before so I tried to register again and it said I had already so I figured I was safe.

Like most conformations I would think that if one came in shouldn’t it have a link in it. What happens to everyone who said that they didn’t get one if there was a link in it?

The prize code isn't anything exciting, a theme which most of us have I would assume and a PS Home race suit. Who actually uses PS Home still just curious?

Well its here and I'm having issues already.
I'm registered according to the gran turismo website, but when I try to enter the third event a message pops up saying that I need to register. It wont let me registed again cause I am registered already, This is messed up.

Does anybody know who to contact to clear this up?

Really? The free DLC to all who sign up isn't even something in-game in GT5? i was hoping for a car!

I had to sign up twice... restarted GT5 and was then able to race. I never did receive a confirmation email - but still got in OK.

Yeah but have you tried the third event yet? I can do the first 2 but not the 3rd.

If you're stressing about not getting an email, chances are you're using a third party email service? (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc?) Don't look in your email client on your computer. Instead go online and log into your aforementioned email account from there. Look in the spam folder online and I guarantee it's there. I don't think this email has passed many of the major email services initial spam filter. 👍 PS not much info in the email that would lock you out of anything.

Well I'm not worried about the confirmation. I'm worried that I cant enter in the game even though it tells me i'm registered online.

I didn't get a confirmation either and I can't even run the first event. I hope it's not because I put a different contact email in the registration form than the one that is tied to my account. I specifically changed emails to an ISP provided one to avoid problems. Looks like I'll have to try using a different account.

Check your spam folder. Your GT Academy confirmation is probably in it.

Same problem here. Registered at gran-turismo.com, no confirmation email, try to enter race and get "need to register" message. Thanks PD! Sigh

Same boat as others. Signed up with both PSN accounts, no confirmation. Checked junk mail for both accounts nothing there either. Try to start and get the" you must first register. "BS. Will try again I suppose.
