I got a problem with capture card...

Alright, I bought the capture card and stuff. I installed all the drivers, I downloaded the stuff from the site, now it's installing from the CD. It says "Please wait while setup installs DirectX. This may take several minutes..." How long am I supposed to wait?! This is the capture card I bought. After installing the drivers and etc. There's a panel on the right side of my screen. I looked through all the stuff and nothing said "Capture Video" It only says "Still Capture"...

Now, do I need to install the CD still if I installed all the other stuff? In my All Programs list, the ATI thing is there for all the stuff, but nothing with capture once again.

If I want to capture videos from GT4, how do I?! This isn't working out as I thought it would...Thanks for checking this out and helping me if you can / did...

Well, I don't know if this helps but it says you need somekind of dvd or mpeg-2 decoder, i have no idea what that is, but it says you need it for playback, and its not included.
