Ok, so here's my sob story. The ethernet port on my PS3 somehow fried itself. The guy at the video game repair store said there weren't parts available to fix, and even if there was, it would've been more expensive than a new PS3. So I go buy a new console, no big deal. The big deal is that with the ethernet being fried, I was unable to do a system to system transfer of the existing game data. The one that hurt my heart the most is the GT5 data that went bye-bye. I had everything finished except for maybe 3 or 4 A-spec endurance races. I don't really mind starting over, it's just the low level grind sucks so bad.

If anyone can spare any cars as a gift, I would be most appreciative.

My PSN ID is stretch775577

Much thanks in advance for anybody that can help out.

Do a USB backup of the gamesave on the old PS3. Make sure you are signed in on the PSN with your PSN name. As long as the username and the PSN name are all the same on the new PS3, you should be able to restore your old save on your new PS3.

Worked for me once. :)

I backed up the data to an external hard drive. I was able to load it to the new PS3, but when I tried to use it I got an error saying that the data was corrupted. The old PS3 is gone now so I really don't have any other recourse but to restart.

Like I said, I don't really mind starting over that much. I'm just looking for a car or 2 that nobody is gonna miss so I don't have to run the same race 20 times to get moneys.

If you need to borrow any specific cars for races let me know and I can share for you 👍

I have a way of getting you to level 40 a spec. and getting millions at the same time, message me at asdasdzxc14.

I am looking for cars that I'm gonna use for one series then probably never use again. The ones that come immediately to mind is a truck and a NASCAR. Im sure there are more but I'm at work right now.

I will add the generous people that have offered to help when I get back on. Thanks! :)

I will give you my rather beloved '08 Dodge Challenger '08 if you want. That thing got me through nearly half the a spec and b spec races. Are you interested?

Thanks for the offer, but I am good to go on any series that is unrestricted. I am just looking for some help with restricted series
