Now, I have Sharkport. I've had it for a long time actually, but my PS2 no longer reads blue disks so I can't get any replays onto my computer to send to someone to make a vid for me. But....

I had sent some to my friend Evan a loooooong time ago when I first got my Sharkport so I'm trying to see if by chance he's still got them on his comp. If he does I'll have a first look for you guys of some nice (hopefully

) replays of me drifting. Hopefully I'll have them soon but I haven't heard from Evan yet so I don't know.

But let me just remind you guys, these are OLD. lol, I don't remember which ones he has but I think they were decent, maybe spun once in a couple vids but that's it. Some might be using sims. I forget.

Well, I hope it works, but I thought I'd let you all know.

since now i have $$$ i will be buying a caprute card. so i will make my vid and post it hear FIRST! maybe mid november or early december!

If I had the extra $70 to blow I'd definately get a video capture card, but I have no job and I'm running low on cash. I gotta buy more clothes before anything else right now. Not ot mention cash for when I go out.

40 bux man not 70. Everyone thinks capture cards are super expensive. Go to ebay and search for 'capture card.' you'll get a ton of sellers of generic brand names that are better than the 70 dollar ones cuz the generic ones have more inputs and a remote control.

I just bought a real nice one from newegg.com for 49 bux. Has Svideo, RCA and Co-ax inputs as well as a remote (like I'll ever use it) and then there are extentsions on all the cables so they actually connect on my desktop instead of on the back of my computer.

You can spend 40 bux on some, but sometimes they have driver issues and such. But, if you can find one for cheap do research on it and see how good it is. If it is, buy it!

let me tell you guys a little story about Battle_Stage

One day, we were talking online, and we decided it would be funny to drift the worst car in the world. That would be a Daihatsu Mira XX. So to make things even more interesting, the mira was stock. that means 61 hp. So we are instant messaging and all of sudden Battle says " it doesn't power-oversteer, but i can still drift it!" Now i know never to underestimate him.

Well, I wouldn't call it the worst car in the world... I have like 15 of them in my garage. I bought them a while ago in the event my Sharkport will work again and I'll be able to change them into other cars for other purposes.

But yeh, the Mira was using stock power but I had to upgrade the suspension. They setup was similar to what LanEvo uses on his 4WD's. It wasn't THAT hard, but that's assuming you're good with all the techniques. I'm pretty sure I was using normal tires too.

I think because there is nothing much more a drifter can do that hasnt been tried before on GT3. I admire his attempts and wish him the best of luck. Go for it Battle_stage.

When I get my TV Tuner card in the next few days, I will be working a lot on some theories that I have been thinking up that could be considered crazy if they work. By then, I hope to put together a video of my own.

HAHAHAHA... guess what. I got my files back. I have 3 replays, my old 180sx at Laguna Seca and Trial Mountain, and a top speed run of a hybrid 180sx, I tihnk it had a RB26DETT? :confused:

I just gotta get someone to make a vid for me and I'm good to go. If I remember correctly, the replays were decent, but no promises.
