I love getting new stuff.

It arrived today. I've been using my laptop exclusively for a while now. But my internet connection was in the "computer room" so I had to run a wire through the wall, under the carpet, behind the couch and then I could only use the laptop in that one spot, which was nicer than the computer room since that's where the cat boxes are, but still limiting. But I'm ripping out the carpet this weekend and installing Pergo floors. No more hidden wire under the carpet. So I had to break the news to the wife who reluctantly agreed to let me buy these (pics are clickable). I can't wait to get home and set it all up. I love buying new stuff.

The instalation went well, very easy plug and play. And so far it's working great, although this morning I was getting "very low" signal. Didn't have time to find out why before work.

I love getting new stuff too. Do you get the giddy butterflies-in-your-stomach feeling anymore? I love getting that Maybe it's because I'm still young...

I should be getting my CPU soon, then I'll be able to boot on my new computer, oh the joys .

I do. It's just that you need to spend A LOT more money to replicate it when you're older. But still, my speakers purchase earlier in the month really set the butterflies off.

Im getting that feeling right now i've just purchased a G5 , got to wait a week for it to arrive though..(

But yeah i feel the same way as i did when i got my first proper bike.(One without stabilizers ).
