Hello everyone. I've tried a lot of the ones out from the directory, and none have been able to handle the ring with me behind the wheel.

I need a 500pp general track tune to be my car in the series I just joined. Anyone have anything on sports hard tires?

Don't recall if you've tried the 500PP version of my Audi TTS but should be fairly competitive and easy to drive consistently at very high pace.
Suggest you try playing with the rear wing a bit on it to get the level of looseness in the rear your comfortable with. Also adjusting the brake balance for your prefered style should help as well.

I'll give it a shot when I have some free time, thanks. I have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning, so I'm going to bed. If not I'd try it out. I've never been a big Audi fan, but you guys over at clueless can make anything driveable!

When I'm feeling better myself and my schedule allows I've got a BMW 135i tune nearing completion. Currently it's set up according to LoTS Touge rules so has stock transmission, but still a very fun competitive car as well.👍👍

May try it as well. I've never been a huge BMW fan either . I've always liked Ford, Chevy, Mercedes, Aston Martin, stuff like that.

PD doesn't seem to give most American cars much love. Add in that due to power and weight you have very few options from your list of preffered car makers that can be comfortably tuned to 500PP and it gets tough finding competitive cars.

Especially considering it can't be power limited below 95%. I was thinking a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Nissan Fairlady, or something in that line. I'll try the Audi probably tomorrow.

Branch out, son!

500pp won't leave much on the table from the Italians I don't think. Maybe the Maserati and a couple low end Ferraris. Could try a C30 if you're looking for something completely nuts. PD likes the old Z28 a bit if you can handle something old.

Any other restrictions?

Road car only, but I'm sure that goes without saying. The power limiter thing is killing me, I have a Camaro ss '10 tune from Clueless, but its power limited too much.

Dagger. Try the M3 CSL mate. Just a hint under 500pp (iirc?)

Handles great as standard IMO.

Very stable but agile base car.

Or for a Ford, the road RS200. Handles great as standard again, so shouldn't need much tweaking to get it competitive.

I have a 496PP WRX Spec C Type RA '09 but I have to find the figures in my Playstation in weekend. Easy to drive with a lot of grip, and you can drift all up to your choice, that means you can drive aggressively in some tight corner to break the grip and let it slide a bit but I assure you it is fun because it is easy to control. The setting is pretty much stock maybe not the fastest but very balanced tune (to me).

I'll try it too.

Technically this is a concept but it was road legal in 1970 Japan. It needs a bit more work to get it perfect but should give you some good results. I pinched the Format for my post from the guys in Slender_Man's thread and they seem to have lots of good tunes there. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Named after the red vehicle in the Captain Scarlet TV series

I enjoy this car most on tracks with short straights and medium-high speed corners such as Deep Forest or Trial Mountain because of limited straight line speed. Tried to drive this setup on Nurburgring and it was very nervous and difficult to control over the bumps so perhaps a specific Nurburgring tune would be required? Enjoy! J

Tuner Comments:
A lot of room for improvement but possibly a lot of potential with this. Car does not like sliding so instead I have gone for maximum corner speed and stability. Very poor off the line (traction limited and minimal low end torque) but once up to speed is very fast and seems to have great corner speed and agility. This car receives a very mixed reaction when racing online. Some thinks it's a cool and original choice, others hate it and I have been kicked from lobbies for using this car despite it not having a huge performance advantage (I regularly get spanked by NSX’s) or being a race car. Anyway, let me know what you think, all comments welcome :)

Loved this, clocked nice times on the less technical courses, but I was in the grass on the sharper turns. It clocked the highest top speed though, and gets bonus for the amazing high speed stability.

This one clocked the fastest time on Deep forest and the ring, despite bottoming out a bit. It's a little unstable coming off of the big straight, but the grip the tires have is just amazing enough to let you take it without landing on your hood. This is the one I'll use this Saturday.

I have a r34 skyline if you want it let me know
This was great, but had the same trouble with the Audi, it didn't handle the technical turns as well as the Subaru (Love: It' s what makes a Subaru, a Subaru).

Thanks for the tune, it's a nice one, but it's for sports mediums, so it can't enter.

All are really nice tunes, and I'll enter them on tracks that suit them well, but I'm taking the Subaru to Nurb this saturday. It just has so much grip, that I ended up in the grass only once (Amazing for me).

Good results? That car should be recategorized. It's like 50PP under rated

Anyway, issues like this is why I put my Wizard together. Give it a shot. Set your chosen car to the restrictions you need, then punch in the numbers.

I wouldn't say by that much but it is certainly very competitive. There are a few people who are good drivers with very finely honed NSX's that can quite easily beat me though and the Ford Focus RS seems to run it very close too. I bought it before playing online on a whim and it turned out to be a very good purchase.

Te tune can handle easy sport hard, it´s vry safe and with a lot of grip. You can also low the LSD accel a few if you are not comfortable out corner under acceleration.
This is a very fast car , you can drive safely saving tires and still control oponents. But, it´s sti, safe MR but you need to maintain your level of attention all the time during a long race.
Subaru is planted, easy to stay on the road ut you have to maintain a fast pace to stick the best.

You can't change tires?
I can, but it affects grip. As a rule of thumb I never downgrade tires on a tune, because the car is tuned for those specific tires.

I'll try it in a bit. Like I said, I rarely ever downgrade tires on a tune, because the suspension is tuned specifically for those tires.

Man sorry for my late. Below is my tune of Subaru IMPREZA WRX STi spec C Type RA '05. As you can see I keep most of the things stock because this car is already very good at turning and acceleration. My tune only deal with the suspension so makes it a bit better than stock. The transmission is perfect for both low and high speed track so no need to customize it. You can feel the limit of this car easily and it wouldn't get crazy so suddenly after breaking the limit. Instead, it slides a bit and you can still have the control. It is a fun car to me and I hope I can share with everybody here the fun :)

I'll give it a go later.

Try the Ferrari Dino model. When adding all parts and changing the oil it should put you at 505 pp. Its a awesome little car. If you want the specs just write back. I run a 1:38 on fugi f track.
