Are you sure he just hasn't gotten around to sending it back? I can think of a dozen reasons (ie time difference, YLOD, etc.) as to why he may not have sent it back just yet that do not involve cheating you out of a car.

I was chatting with him through PSN and had agreed that I would send the Cobra R first, then he would send the FGT, then I would send him my Premium Viper GTS when I was able to. So I sent him the Cobra, told him it was sent, waited. Then he proceeded to unfriend me on PSN. So then I went into GT5 since I had it open and he was still on my friends list there and online, so I sent him a message telling him to contact me somehow or send the FGT. I waited a bit and there was no contact through either the PSN, GT5, or private message through this forum. Then his name disappeared on my GT5 menu. So I believed that I was scammed. I would not think that if he did not remove me from his friends list, wouldnt he have wanted the Viper if he sent the FGT?
And it seems that he has been doing this to others.
