I played Zombie Lane a bit when it was on Facebook but because I don't Facebook much I quit playing for so long that things went to hell. Now, it appears, it's available as a free app from both Google Play and iTunes.

The gist of the game is you beat the crap out of various zombies whilst completing different objectives (reuniting your family, saving people, finding a cure, etc.). Also, you get to visit other peoples maps and are able to do 5 things each day. For your trouble, your earn experience, money and... DUCT TAPE! :dopey:

I'm unsure if it works cross platform or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't. When posting your Friend Code, also post what version you're running and I can keep two different lists going. To find your Friend Code, tap the Menu button then the yellow people outlines (?) then Connectivity. It'll be at the bottom of the screen.

If anyone is interested in adding me as a friend, feel free. Also, if anyone has any questions regarding strategies, feel free to ask. :D

It's free! What have you go to loose?!?

Is Google play available for PC? I was on there yesterday and my laptop is not supported, neither is my Android. :grumpy:

It doesn't appear so. When I log into Google, it tells me that it's installed on my RAZR but doesn't give me any options to install it on my laptop.

Isn't Google Play the same thing as playing on Google+? That's what I'm doing.

I tried it but it keeps telling me my device isn't supported. Perhaps it's just mobile apps. Even yesterday I was trying it on the Galaxy Note and that wasn't even supported! I'm now looking on Chrome Store to see if they have it.

I'm playing the chrome store version. Kinda dumb. You have to wait for energy and buy stuff with real money.

edit: Wow, you have to wait 5 minutes for each point of energy. I was expecting that the bar would fill up. What a stupid thing.

There's a Chrome Store version? I'll have to check that out, but while browsing I found Command&Conquer to play. There goes a days work!

Try the app, Marc. One energy point every 30 seconds.

Also, there's no need to buy anything with actual money. Every level up you get $1. Not a big deal, but buying the SMG for $15 instead of constantly buying shotguns and rifles is certainly helpful. It is absolutely doable to play through the entire game without spending a dime.

You do, however, need duct tape. Lots and lots of duct tape.

No.
Google Play is the new name of the Android Market, Google changed the name a few months ago.

I know that. But I guess the games don't carry over between them.

Thanks for being my friends, Omnis and Patrick. :P That'll certainly help with the "Repair 25 neighbors fences and kill 25 neighbors zombies"! :D

I am indeed. Not sure about Omnis, though. That's certainly one thing I don't like about that is having "Neighbor" instead of names. Maybe in an update...

A day or so. Plant crops. They earn you tons of money. Strawberries are the best (buy for 10 and sell for 30 in only one minute) however you can't do very many due to lack of energy. I usually base what I'm going to plant on when I'm going to be around. If I'm going to be sleeping, I'll either plant the bell peppers (4 hours), carrots (6 hours) or the pumpkins (8 hours). Once you have plenty of money, just start planting cabbages (24 hours) every couple of hours.

I've also hired you so that was good for 200 coins. :P

This didn't take off nearly as well as I was hoping it would...

Would someone kindly send me some energy drinks? I need a few more to complete a mission.

Which Command & Conquer? :dopey:

Oh and I haven't heard of the game Zombie Lane, will try it out. ;)

I still have it on my phone but haven't played in forever.
