You overslept I understand. But 'has gone wrong' has got me stumped. I can't figure out what it is you're trying to ask.

Even more worryingly, he's from the UK. I'd understand if it was by someone for whom English is not a first language, but a UK resident?

He lost his sleeping pattern. I would suggest staying up all night and day if you need to, no nap, no caffeine, no alcohol etc. Then go to bed normal time and hope for the best.

This helps. I have to do it every few months to "reset" my sleeping schedule. If I don't, then I just end up lying in bed awake all night.

He could easily be from outside of the UK but is living here and so has listed it as his location.

Sounds like me but i just live not getting enoff sleep. Actually its 6am here and ive been up since 4ish PM the last day :scared:
In Germany there is no such phrase for 'gone wrong'

I talk with Immortalpilot (german) alot if you know him and his phrasing is a little "diffrent" .

I would suggest you stop "SMOKING".... which as you know,

Nobody in their right mind would move to Stoke-on-Trent though.

Anyway to answer the original question you need a couple of oven gloves into which your left foot and right hand goes in one and right foot, left hand into the other. As far as actual sleeping position goes, the technique works best while lying on your back. It's also advisable to get a duvet with as high a tog number as possible. I thought everyone knew this?

So you haven't adjusted to the different time zone? Yeah just go to sleep x hours earlier for a few nights and wake up earlier and hey presto, you should be in Croatian time.

x = time difference to Croatia from the UK

No not jetlag. We have driven from England to Croatia.I was supposed to reduce the time by little amounts.I was getting 12 hour sleeps.I was supposed to reduce the hours by around 30 mins, not 4hours for the whole week until i get to around 8 hours.Damn i messed up.

You can still get jetlag by driving. Jetlag is caused by a change in time zone, not flying.

Croatia is only an hour ahead so we're clearly not talking about jetlag. What really is the question here and what is this thread about?

Perhaps he can't sleep because he drove his car into the channel.
