I said NO to drugs...
After 7-8 hours of trying them, I quit. I give up on drugs. I might try them 10 minutes or so out of evey month, but otherwise, it's over!
Anyways, now that I'm not being a smartass, I think the S-License tests are very hard, but you shouldn't give up on them. If you need to, have a friend come over and help you with them. It took me, and 5 other people to get all of the S Licenses on my GT3, but it's worth the time it took...

I have gotten a bronze in 1-6, got 5 & 6 last night. I go in spurts on the S I loose my concentration after a while and can not do it. So I usually get two at a time they are a bit hard though. Best thing to do is watch the demo once, then go for a while when you think that you have done the best whatch the demo after that while it races your ghost, and you can find you errors and see where you can push you car harder and cut those extra corners a foot closer. It helped me a lot. Try it out you might be surprised.

Don't give up on the Slicnese. It took me a while to get it also but in the end it was worth it for all the races you could enter

ok, one more little tip here. Places you usually brake and then steer, and let off the gas. Now, try brake shorter, steer, and tapping the gas with a high frequency instead, ... like 3 clicks in a second (that's all I can think of how to explain) This way, you can maintain control of the steering and not hitting the grass or walls, re-grain traction from tire spin while maintaining the speed or sometimes even speeding up.
Well not for all places but worth a try. 
I just tried S-6, S-7, S-8 again after 2 months (that's when I have on the records). Got S-6, S-7 at first try with Bronze. S-8 is a little harder with tons of tire spin. But manage to get bronze at 3rd try. Just use the trick above. My S-7 record is 2:15.292 I think (if i remember correctly).
