Are you kidding?
The sequel to NFSU has begun already, and I think it would be nice for people to put forward what they would like to see in this game.

I suggest a wider selection of car including the Sprinter Trueno and Fiesta ST150.
A harder difficulty level would be nice too...

Some more realistic physics even thought its an arcade game.

I mean, have a 4wd understeer not oversteer or allow the player to tune their car( suspensions rate etc..)

Definatly more cars.

Oh great... I would be glad if they continued the Hop Pursuit series. Like instead of super cars, have stock Skylines, S2000's, Impreza's, Lancer's, and other Japanese cars. And also include Some cars in HP2. The Ford TS50 to the McLaren F1 LM. And it'll be nice to race a Ferrari Enzo againest the cops.

I agree with Darin. There should be a mode without cops, I like to do burnouts and stuff with my Ferrari's, but then the cops come on my tail. :irked:

1) Replay mode. It really pissed me off how EA axed some features just to get the game out before Christmas.
2) A storyline in Underground mode. They advertise the game having an "Epic Storyline" WTF??? the back of a cereal box has a more epic storyline then NFS:U.
3) Less shiny cars, 'nuff said, cars are to shiney in NFS:U
4) Performance based reputation. C'mon... I can't friggen race that race becuase my car isn't riced out enough!?
5) Wider selction of cars, including some cheap American Muscle and some populair european street race cars (Ford Escort, Opel Astra/Kadett, '80s BMW 3 series)

All I really want if they are actually making another NFSU is to bring back the replays, and the hot pursuit. I don't think they should mix the supercars with the riced out cars. They should keep them each separte, or make another title in which it would be rice v.s. supercars.

I beleive there shold be a 2 player co-op "Gumball" Mode, there is 1 very long track from one city to another, point to point, fastest time, first one over the line rules.

And real Licensed Body Kits would be nice.

well they need something more rural...but the cut out replays off which @$#%en pisses me off,Better storyline...if u can call it that, more cars for street racing, and actual tuning options ie:boost ,ride height, and a less responsive car physics cuz nfsu was far to easy(beat it in 5 days....then had to get ps2 fixed)

They are going to make sequels of Underground and Hot Pursuit alternately. I think they're on Hot Pursuit 3 now. Not sure though.

They should cut underground and stick to Hot Pursuit series. Another High Stakes would be cool.

Definitely

Since they're making a sequel to Underground, aside from the replay mode, they should definitely change the AI of the racers. That stupid catch up mode is so cheap when you're in the lead

Also, they should include the Evo! Underground only has a regular Lancer :(

I got a Idea. Screw the Undergriound ****. Continue the Hot Pursuit series!
Yeah! A HP3 would be heap's good! better than an underground 2!:)

how about a combo? Have a "Need For Speed : World Touring" edition with all types of cars (ricers, pasta rockets, american muscle), a mode with cops, and a mode without? The tuning abilities of Underground and the tracks from HP2, just everything mixed together. That would be sweet.

Yeah that would be cool.:)

If there is a NFS: Underground 2, (hopefully not) they should have more venues. The Need for Speed series has always had some of the best backgrounds in racing games. Why did they make all the scenes in Underground at night and on wet streets? Forget the "tuner" scene and go back to what made Need For Speed what it is.

Well since street racing is illegal I would love to see cops..more REAL cities, like Hunts point in bronx NY where real Street racing takes place at night...More Cars, More american cars.

I found this screenshot from the sequel.

Well... If they make a Out of Town mode.. And let you race on mounatain tracks similar to the HP series.. That would be great... Oh.. And some Street Legal courses with more technical driving would be great..

More realistic physics.. But what it really needs is actual tuning... Just dumping everything in and driving is lame...

The first game's story line was actually no storyline... Who needs a storyline? I don't mind the first game's Underground mode cause I don't care for a storyline... They should make more modes!! Story mode, Championship mode, Time Attack Mode, Drag Champ mode, D1 Granprix etc...

I can forgive the first games lacky stuff cause they were trying out new stuff but I hope the second one can match up to its potential..

I suggest they should create an option to turn the visibility of vinyls and bodykits off. So the people in here who already do, can stop whining. ;) No offence, though.

I think they should drop the series and stick with there Super and Exotic car games.
