you pretty much just have to practice;)

turn a little early, so you can slide/drift around the turns

4wd and FF are best
but FR are the most fun!:D

Midengine cars, well.........you shouldn't be in the dirt in the first place! Your NSX is too expensive to treat like a Hummvee!:P

throw smoothness out the window. Learn about weight transfer and get the car sideways before the corner arrives ;)

I would recommend building an EVO6 From the USED Dealership at Mitsubishi, Its one of the easyes't cars to handel, great power to weight ratio, keep in mind your suspension settings shouldnt be too loose, 7KG Up front 5KG In the back is good to start out with, Make sure your brake settings get more up front also.
Ride height, " always keep it over 100mm front and back "
Stabilizers, 7Front 5Back, or 5 5 if you need more practice.
As for weight, Do a full Race MOD. Remember this is a Mitsubishi Evolution 6, RS i belive. Dont mistake this with the GSR, It should be the last car down at the mitsubishi dealer, it will last you till the Final Suzuki races.

I have the best luck in rallies flooring the gas and whipping the car around as though attempting suicide. Brakes are for sissies.

Well if your not using the escudo theres more to it then gas.
Loosing the rear end too much can cause you too loose time.

What's up, I used to be an active memember like a year ago, I just got back after the information i currently read on GT4, Im planning on buying a PS2 with GT4 as soon as it comes out, so Im back here now

I never use the Escudo. I don't lose (or loosen, whichever you meant) the rear end, I swing it out. Halfway through, I drop to half-throttle, then i countersteer and floor the gas again and the tail comes right back around. Simple, except with FF cars.

I'ts really an art form. I am still getting it myself as that is one part of the game that I've really never expressed a high interest in as I am into more road racing.

What you know about road racing and how you set your car up will not work in rally racing. Your lines and settings are completely different.
