Iconeset file?

How would i apply this?

What the hell is a Iconeset? Do you mean an icon set?

If so, all you got to do is download them, put them in a directory, right click on the icon you want to change, click on change icon, and point to where you put the icon set.

I mean a full set of icons, folders harddrives, everything. I found this proggy called Icon packager and i think ill download that and see if it works.

That only works for shortcuts and My Computer, My Network Places, My Documents and Recycle Bin.

I think he's referring to an Icon Packager set of icons. A regular icon set are called icon libraries (*.icl).
