Idea: Course Creater Competitions

It could work similar to the photomode competitions.
Different rules/theme every week. Best track is chosen by a poll.
Winner of one week chooses the rules for next week.
Would this be a good idea?

That isn't what the OP meant. He wanted a competition to see who could create the best track.
That forum is racing on created tracks.
