What do you want - titles or a screenplay?
Screenplay will take too much time - so I'll give you a synopsis:
Sudden solar flare causes some people who have evolved with a 'mean gene' to lose all empathy. These zombified brains pick up the brainwaves of regular people and cause acute hunger for these brains which result in mass riots as brother turns upon brother in search of neuronic food. Zombies who successfully kill and eat normal people get even more zombiefied and stronger - but with an even greater hunger for 'kind' brains.
This goes on for some time. Nothing can kill them, short of blasting them to smithereens. Even then some of the stronger, more well-fed zombies reconstitute themselves in hellishly mutated ways and keep coming after all the 'normal' people.
The protagonist (you got to have a protagonist) and his troop of survivors finally make it into the depths of some jungle, only to find a whole bunch of rotting zombies - who seem to be very, very dead. (For a change.) Piles of them all over. Dead and rotting.
They find a man living alone in a hut who smilingly greets them and offers them food and shelter. He looks very healthy, and is exceptionally kind and twinkly-eyed.
They accept his hospitality and as they talk, and eat, suddenly realise that some zombies have entered the forest and are approaching the hut. They panic. The man tells them not to worry and goes out to meet the zombies with food and drink and twinkly eyes. Thereupon the zombies shy away from him, and start to fall around dying and rotting (even more) and so on.
So when he comes back to the hut they ask him what his secret is, and how he's defeating the zombies.
He tells them he's killing them with kindness.
The end.
