Ideas for an Animated Logo

I need help thinking of an idea for an animated logo.

I have to create a website as an assignment, and one of the things that must be included is (uh, I know) an animated logo. The scenario I was given was a website for a preschool, so I have uploaded an image of the website as it is (may not be how it ends up, but it’s going to be roughly the same sort of colours etc.).



Basically I need to create an animated logo that fits in with the look and feel of the page, and isn’t horribly cheesy. Any ideas? 💡

A logo with finger paint art. Like a hand print and pictures (the Sun, school, tree, happy face etc.)

just a thought...
1 if it's a preschool (as you mention a kindergarten) I fail to see the why you are using "University". Aren't you running a bit too fast with that one?

2. Kindergarten on the righthand side is in need of the letter 'n'.

How about some modern 'aboriginal' art.

The scenario has already named the business, in this case. One would assume that it’s a preschool on or near the university campus…

Okay, this is what I’ve got. I think I’ll use it, but if anyone wants to offer some advice I’ll gladly take any I can get.

And yes, I know it’s annoying and cheezy.

Make the blocks red, blue and yellow. Primary colours you see.

Ahh, I like it. But maybe change yellow to green (so the white text is readable). Hmm, I’ll try to throw something together this afternoon. It means I have to remake the blocks, but I’ll see what happens.

EDIT: I’ve also moved the text further to the right, so it’s inline with the edge of the front side of the ‘O’ block. Like so:

You could make the letters red, yellow and blue, so they'll contrast the colours of the blocks.
