If PD told you to pick one BMW, only one, of these Bimmers presented, which would you rather have?
The cars I presented here in this poll, are in my opinion, the most important for the game to have and influencial in someway in the Auto industry, trying to escape "personal favourites" and thinking what would be best for the game to include.
BMW M3 E30-
Even if you are not a BMW fan, you have to respect the M3 E30. I think it's obvious why this car is here. It's actually quite suprising Gran Turismo doesn't have it already, being regarded by many as the best BMW ever and one of the greatest cars of all times. Plus it would make an excellent choice for 80/90s race challenges and also giving a "weaker" car for the BMW manufactor to have available.
BMW M5 E39-
I feel I kinda contradicted myself when I said "trying to escape "personal favourites", because, of all the BMWs and being a BMW fan, this is my favourite. Though this was not the reason I chose it in the list, but the fact, at least in my eyes, form what I heard, read and so on, this one is the majority's favourite M5 (excluding maybe the E60, which is already included in the game). It would give another tier of performance to BMW manufactor just under the M3 E92 and M5 E60 and would satisfy many. Also it's a rare car to be featured in games. Maybe after all it's not so popular, maybe it's just my favouritism... lol
BMW M5 F10-
This one is included in here because, like all the M5s ever at their respective times, it sets once again, the benchmark bar for the super sedan. It's the all new BMW M5. That said is enouph. I was kinda suprised not seeing it in the Gt6 car list, since it was present at the Gran Turismo 6 reveal event.
BMW M3 CSL-
The game already includes the M3 CSL, but its not premium. This car surely deserves premium treatment, after all, without counting with the M3 E30, this is the best BMW, at least for a large part of BMW fans.
Can't you ever go wrong with a car that looks like that, sounds like that and does 7.50 in nordschleife?
BMW M3 DTM-
Some may thing the game needs more racing cars and types of race series. The DTM in the game are quite outdated, being all the DTMs in there either from the 90s or early 2000s. Of course, the best pack would be having the Audi RS5 DTM, BMW M3 DTM and Mercedes C Coupé DTM.
