I am using a Fanatec CSR wheel and CSR pedals with a TH8A shifter through Drive Hub on my Series X. Everything works fine, EXCEPT I had about a half-second lag on throttle input. It would also over-shoot after I let off. The shifter was also slow to change gears. I mucked about the menus for a long time before I noticed something:
I had the game set to QUALITY mode which is 30fps. Simply changing it to PERFORMANCE mode 60fps completely eliminated the control lag! I've never had this happen before and maybe it's a Drive Hub thing, but there you go. It's worth a shot if you haven't tried it.
