Ok, first of all, three stars is a very easy task to do. However you need to have unlocked both gates, so you can cross to Little Havana. You need rocketlaunchers too. Get from 5 to 15. Stock yourself with a lot of m16 rounds and get a fast car. Now that you have your 3 or 4 stars, quickly head to Little Havana from the Vice Point Gate, go to the right towards the Hyman Stadium. Now that you are in the roof just keep shooting at the police cars that park near where you are. Keep making more mayhem, the rockets are for the police copters, which will let you get another easy star. Now that you have 6 stars, rhinos will began to park in the place. Now just shoot the rhino's door, and try to get rid of the police cars, when you see the coast clear, jump off the roof and get near the rhino. A commando will probably get off the rhino but you can easily waste him. Now just take the rhino and park it on your Hyman Condo or Vercetti Mansion.
