I have been using a no carrier iPhone 5 as a 'dash cam' to record races in GT6. The picture quality is very good, but lately it has been giving me trouble when I try to connect it to my PC.
I recently upgraded my old Android phone to one that records 1080p video. I used it tonight and I was thoroughly disappointed.
The camera won't hold focus through changing light conditions. I don't know if it is because the aperture opens up what, but it is not usable.
Watch just a little of this video and you will see that when I drive through shaded areas, the picture gets blurry. There are no manual controls with the stock video recorder.
Anyone know of a better app? I have Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean). Thanks in advance.
