Im mad! i just logged in today and saw that my level and achiements has reseted.

so i logged in today and saw that my level and achiements and money (2 million) has lost. But my campaing progress stayed and my garage. Anybody else got this problem. please help Im mad af. sorry my bad english

That's a strange one. Have you tried logging out and logging back in again? If that doesn't work all you can do is contact PD. Maybe some of the info from the server did not load correctly.

You scared me!! I had to run log on and check. All my stuff is just like it was last night. That sucks man, but hopefully they will rectify it if it doesn't correct itself.

Since cars and trophies are stored locally and all other data is stored online I imagine there is an issue with your online saved data.

I had similar issues when going from the open beta to the full game. I basically had to start over. I hope when I get home & log in with my PS+ account that everything will be as it was

Tried to log out and back in, restarted ps4 and downloaded game data from the cloud. Didint fix the problem. I havent abused any glitches or nothing like that. Were can i find graturismo support?

Man that sucks. I don't know how you contact support but if you find out please post here as I want to report a very racist livery I saw in game.

There's a button on the far right side under the livery in which you can report that specific one.. I've never done it before but it's very doable

You're not the only one!
It happened to me right after the game came out. Pictures, replays, money, all gone. Except the cars and progress.
I kept playing just to get crashes over and over. Reported them all, asked here on the forums, but with no luck. So I reinstalled the game. PLZ DONT DO IT! Replays and pictures are gone again if you reinstall the game.

For me, GTS is the biggest disappointment of the year. And I played Destiny

I didn't think so because you can access your garage cars in arcade when the servers go down.

Me too. Some of my progress carried over but not all. Got my cars, but not my offline career progress. Between updating from the demo and installing the launch DLC, no wonder something went awry. I didn’t recall seeing the message about updating your demo progress when I started the full game. Oh well. There wasn’t much offline to replay, so whatever. Just annoying having to do the beginner tests again...
