I'll keep racing gt academy to the bitter end, but with 3:58 total times at eighth, I don't think I have it in me to go any faster. Indy is torturous to say the least. the throttle control is just horrendous. the car just wanted to step out any chance it gets. Eifel is murder on the nerves and tension. The GT-R is a tugboat on ice. I can't break 2:21 on that one. I don't get how you aliens are running 17's and 18's.

It was fun while it lasted, but I'm going to a rally this weekend to watch. I'll be sure to keep up on you guys when this airs on Speed.

I feel you. I'm currently 13th, about .6 from 8th. I doubt I make it. All we can do is keep at it and hope that familiarity brings speed. (and hope more ringers don't show up!)

I posted all my times on Tuesday and sit 13th in the West. I made Wednesday my rest day away from GT5 so I can heal my blisters.

I'll give it one last go on Thursday and Friday since I bought bandaids & cheap batting gloves from the local Wal-Mart. I'll be satisfied with my performance and walk away happy if I can maintain Top 16 in the West.

at this point, to stay in it for northeast, i gotta lose alot of time, probably too much time.
im pretty close to giving up, besides, even if i make it to orlando, ive never driven gt5 on a wheel, so i'd be torn to shreds immediately. im very conflicted about trying any harder for the remainder of this round..

you just have to keep pushing. I didnt think i could shave off another 7 tenths on eifel and i managed and now im 1st overall on eifel in the southeast. Indy is killing me and look how close the tie is for second and 1st in the southeast. Its incredible. I dont know how i pulled a 2:17.8 out of my ass

For a stick user you are #1 by a large margin I would believe, that is something pretty difficult.
