I'm so confused...

So do you need GS or something for this?

I read the guide and I downloaded the PCSX2 thing but which one do I download?

When I download it it saves as a .7z file so I have no way of opening it, what do I need to open it?

If I am ever able to get this to work can I only change the performance or could I change the ride height and stuff?

You need ARMAX or GS. you can also make it on PC using pcsx 9.1 or 9.2.

There are many thing that can be changed. any part that can be replace.

7z can be opened with 7zip application like tugzip, etc.
