Im stuck on the trophy screen dor World Gt series I cant press x

I've been stuck on the trophy screen. I want to claim my trophy by pressing x but is not letting me pressing x. I've used three different controllers but it doesn't work so yeah I don't know what to do and i'm scared if I restart it that it will lose all the progress cause it took a long time
