Im wondering what each of the parts to the suspension does?e.g Dampers

The examples that go across the bottom of the screen are confusing to me and so i got no idea what they mean so it would be greatly appreciated of someone could help me out with what each part does.

Down load the two tuning guides, they will explain exactly what each part does and how changing it will effect the car.

I'm also moving this thread to the tuning and set-up sub-forum as that is the 'right' place for a discussion of this nature.
