Improving your additional drivers quickly!

I've found that the best way to improve your additional drivers quickly in b-spec mode is to enter them into the Like The Wind event (on Indy) in a Red Bull X2010/11. By doing this, they level up from level 1 to 12 in one race AND in a Red Bull, you're basically guaranteed the victory. There's no need to pit stop either! I did this a couple of times with all of my Class 1 drivers who I hadn't used yet and they all shot up! 👍
