In game language changed to Greek

The language in GT5 has been changed to what I think is Greek. The cars are still in English but the in game menu language has changed. The PS3 menu language is still set to English. Is there anyone who could please give me step by step instructions on how to change back to English in the game. I have contacted PS support and was told it may take 7 days for a potential fix that may involve a reboot of the system.

you must go to start menu where you select arcade or GTlife.then go to options/επιλογες after this you go to units/μοναδες and in this menu there is a setting change language/αλλαγη γλωσσας.Easy as cake.

Hey, I got to options/επιλογες but can't seem to find corresponding charachters after this. Wondering if the pictures could give me a clue in the options menu.

We found it, it works! Thank you very much, we are grateful. Saved me a lot of headaches. I think my little boy changed it when he was playing last week.
