Hey guys, fairly new to the drifting scene but I've decided to throw myself in at the deep end with a R34 Skyline Vspec ll Nur Edition 4WD.

first of all, when tuning an AWD car for drifting, yes the right step is to have a 10 / 90 torque split. But you must also set the front LSD settings to 5/5/5, so that the front end would not be as grippy.

For suspension settings, use negative toe. Using positive toe would not allow you to get the car sideways with ease. On the other hand, negative toe should allow your car to loosen up. Also, raise the rear ride height. that should give the rear end a high center of gravity, allowing you to swing it around with ease.

You should also lower downforce at the rear. Less downforce obviously means less grip, so that would make your R34's rear end more loose.

Here are my changes that I would do :

Nissan SKYLINE GT-R V-SPEC II NUR (R34) '02

Full power no limiter.

Tyres F-CM / R-CH or F-CH / R-CH

Ride Height F 0 / R 20
Spring Rate F 15.00 / R 13.7
Dampers Ext. F 10 / R 6
Dampers Com. F 4 / R 3
ARB F 4 / R 6
Camber. F 3.0 / R 3.5
Toe F 0.16 / R -0.32

LSD
Initial Torque F 6 / R 6
Acc Sensitivity F 5 / R 37
Brake Sensitivity F 5 / R 5

Aero - R 8

Torque Split : 10/90
Brake Balance Cont. F 5 / R 10, I would recommend no ABS to make the rear locks, easier to initiate drift.
